I had purchased a bottle of alkalinity reagent and the expiration date was only a few month away. I emailed the company and they mailed me a new bottle. Thank you for your great customer service!!!!

When I received the alkalinity reagent on July 2024 the expiration date on the bottle was 12/24. Our pool season in Missouri is over in September, so this reagent will be expired by the time I use it next season. I emailed the company with no response.
