Excellent product. However, unhappy with availability of product. Charged for entire order but have only received partials.

(We keep our test tabs fresh which means our inventory is always rotating. Peak summer, the most popular items run out sometimes. We do our best to get customers what they need so their pool stays healthy and safe, and sometimes that means partial shipments...but we always strive to be better, so thank you for the feedback!!!)

The product is a test tab....so it is what it is..... packaging was excellent but foremost was the excellent customer service I received from Jennifer. The business will prosper under her leadership!!!
