Product Description
The 7-1140-07 Pool Ozone Supply Check Valve is made with ozone-resistant materials which means higher protection against water back-up failure.
7-1140-07 Ozone Supply Check Valve Specifications:
- Is White / Blue
- Cracking pressure of 1 PSI
- Double-barbed to fit both 3/8" and 1/4" Ozone Supply Tubing
- Kynar Housing with Aflas O-ring and Glass Ball inside makes this check valve resistant to ozone and nitric acid
- Used with pool ozone generators as well as in-ground hot tub ozone generators (not portable spas!)
If you are replacing an old ozone check valve with a different part number for the above models, the 7-1140-07 is most common and current replacement.

Works great like the OEM. Since manufacturer recommends replacing one a year these will keep system working properly.

I got a bad one

My ozone generator worked for a few days then stopped. After troubleshooting, I found the check valve was bad not allowing ozone through into venturi. Replaced and worked again...Had to go buy more clamps to fix so kind of a pain for a brand new unit.
UPDATE: It is incredibly rare for a 7-1140-07 Check Valve for Pools to be bad. We sent the customer a new one. If YOU have a bad one, let us know!
