Product Description

DEL Ozone's Retrofit Kits for Eclipse ORIGINAL Ozone Generators give you the ability to update your older Eclipse with new, modern technology.  Add a Check Valve Assembly (9-0770-01) to your order by clicking "Yes, Please!" to option above (change annually!).

PROS to updating your ORIGINAL Eclipse:

  • Less money than updating to a new OZONE 50 (aka Eclipse 20)
  • Putting the Retrofit Kit inside the Eclipse is relatively easy to do (if you're handy, you can do it!)

CON to updating your ORIGINAL Eclipse:

  • You lose the outside indicator light(s)!  This is a big bummer for some people and there is no sensible way around it.  Every year when you change the Check Valve Assembly (9-0770-01), open the Eclipse and look at the internal LED indicator lights (one light on each APG Ozone Module)

DEL Ozone updated their classic line of Eclipse ORIGINAL Ozone Generators in 2014 with the 9-1056-01 APG Technology which is featured in the OZONE 50 (aka Eclipse 20).  In December 2017 DEL changed the name from Eclipse 20 to OZONE 50.

The Eclipse ORIGINAL utilized CD Electrode technology from 1999 to April 2014.  The CD Electrodes 5-1308-01 and 5-1305-04 are no longer available.

1 year factory warranty based on purchase date (not manufacturing date). For all warranty inquiries, DEL will take care of you directly. Contact: warrantysupport@delozone.com to receive a Return Goods Authorization number and instructions on how to send your DEL ozonator in for repair.

    This retrofit simply replaced the original set up and also improved the efficacy of the ozone generating capabilities compared to the old revision.
    Unit shipped very fast and dealing with Jen was very professional.

    Retrofit kit for Eclipse 2 was priced competitively and shipped quickly so I could get my ozone generator going again. Kit came with easy to follow instructions and no special skills are required. Also ordered the check valve assembly kit which included new tubing which was also competitively priced.

    This kit is easy to install for anyone with basic mechanical skills, whom can also follow written instructions. The retrofit kit is simpler, more robust, and in my opinion better quality that the original parts I was replacing. I recommend this for anyone trying to rejuvenate their Eclipse ozone generator assuming the case and electronics for the generator at sound enough to continue being used. The kit has been running several weeks for me now without problems.
