DEL's OZONE 25/50/100 (previously known as Eclipse until 2018) for in-ground pools and spas have replaceable parts, adding an Eco-friendly touch to this great product line.

The 9-0770-01 and 9-0770-02 are the same with the exception of the 9-0770-02 has TWO Ozone Supply Check Valves for extreme cases where water backup is more likely to occur (for example when Ozonator is installed below water level).  Although the Eclipse NEXT GENERATION Manual (below) calls for 9-0770-02, this is extra precaution and DEL Ozone recommends anyone exporting to use it.  For domestic shipments, the 9-0770-01 is most commonly used.

The 9-0770-02 Replacement Ozone Check Valve Assembly gives you what you need to protect your Eclipse Pool Ozonator from water backup including: 

• (2) 7-1140-07 Ozone Supply Check Valve
• (10') 7-0594 Ozone Supply Tubing

Before each swimming pool season:

• Inspect Ozone Supply Tubing for cracks, hardening or yellow discoloration caused by nitric acid
• Make sure no water is present between the Check Valve and the Ozone Generator when the pool system is in filtration mode, as this indicates Check Valve failure.  Replace Check Valve immediately to prevent water from backing up into the Eclipse
• Make sure you have a tiny stream of ozone/air bubbles coming into your pool, or into your Mixing Degas Vessel (MDV).  If you don't, the Check Valve may be stuck shut (failed)
