7-1434-01 Hose Barb fits on DEL Ozone Injector Manifolds (some, not all).  DEL Ozone injector manifolds are typically used for in-ground pools and spas, or portable spas that are really old and don't have ozone hook-ups.  The black hose barb can get brittle and crack over time, so replace them annually, especially in hot, dry climates.

Which Hose Barb do you need?

  • If your DEL Ozone Injector Manifold was built in 2004 or after AND you're sure your injector has male components, this 7-1434-01 Hose Barb is correct.  It has threads on the inside so you screw this hose barb ONTO the Mazzei Injector.  It has 3/4" FPT x 1/4" HB
  • If your DEL Ozone Injector Manifold was built in 2004 or prior AND you're sure your injector has female components, the 7-0127 Hose Barb is the one you need.  It has threads on the outside so you screw it INTO the Mazzei Injector
The 7-1434-01 works with DEL Ozone's (newer-style) Injector Manifolds:
 
  • IU-201 (replaced with IU-211; see below)
  • IU-206 (replaced with IU-211; see below)
  • IU-211 (used in kit 9-0210-11)

    I was skeptical that I'd find the right replacement for the DEL Ozone Injector that broke. This part was the right fit. It was also easy to install. Works fine with no ozone leaks.
